I was ticketed with a DUI in Pooler, Ga. Jason got it reduced to reckless driving. I was able to keep my license. He did a very good job of keeping me informed on what was going on during the course of my case.
Jason was professional and quick. I was originally being charged with DUI Less safe and a few other charges after being arrested on Tybee Island, Georgia. He was able to talk to the D.A. and the arresting officer who agreed to lower the charge to reckless driving. I consider it a win.
In May of 2015 I was arrested by the Pooler Police Department in Chatham County, Georgia and charged with DUI less safe, DUI alcohol, Failure to maintain lane, and Open Container. I spent the night in jail. After being bonded out I was scared of the repercussions of my actions personally and professionally. I searched for a DUI lawyer. After meeting with Jason I felt he was more than qualified and treated my case individually. He showed professionalism and confidence and worked with payments I could afford. In the end my DUI was negotiated down to Failure to exercise due care, no jail, and only probation, and I kept my license. No suspension or revocations of driving privileges. I recommend Jason Cerbone to anyone in need of a DUI Lawyer. He saved my career, my reputation and my freedom. Without him, this would have certainly went badly. — J.L.
From day one he required minimal input from me. I explained my case and everything relevant, he gave me a price and set up a payment plan, and from then on out we only spoke when necessary. He managed to bring my DUI with a 30 over speeding ticket down to a failure to exercise due care and a 14 over speeding (which doesn’t go on the record in GA). — James
DUI less safe charge was dropped down to Failure to exercise due care in the Pooler Court of Chatham County. He was always prepared in court ready to fight. He took the time to reach out to the officer and set up meetings with the cop at the police station. He also met the judge and the other attorney for the State to make sure I had the most fair outcome possible. I highly recommend Jason to anyone having trouble with a DUI case. — Dustin
Jason was professional and quick. I was originally being charged with DUI Less safe and a few other charges after being arrested on Tybee Island. He was able to talk to the D.A. Assistant and arresting officer who agreed to lower the charge to reckless driving and 2 years probation. I consider it a win.
I would highly recommend Jason for your DUI defense. I consulted multiple lawyers about my case. All very very knowledgable and pleasant, but I decided to hire Jason because I saw how passionate he is about DUI law. He seems to always be willing to pursue a case to the full extent of his capabilities. I felt confident his passion combined with his expertise in police & and court procedure would give me the best opportunity to achieve a satisfactory outcome. Ultimately, he was able to have my blood test results thrown out, and my DUI was reduced to Reckless Driving. — Rick
Jason Cerbone did an excellent job in my case. I was initially charged with speeding and reckless driving (for the extremely high speed). Mr. Cerbone was able to get the reckless driving charge dropped and the speeding charge lowered, substantially. I am extremely pleased with the outcome in court! Jason was absolutely committed to my Super speeders case. Jason worked extremely well through the judicial system to grant me the best outcome I could have asked for, 0 points! He has been an excellent attorney.
From the beginning Jason really worked with me to come out with a positive outcome dealing with my case. There were various problems that Jason caught the night I was arrested based off of the video from the officer’s vehicle. With that being said, this was my third time being arrested for a DUI, therefore the court definitely wanted to send me to jail. Without Jason being so persistent in fighting for me to win this case, then there’s a chance that I could have been sent to jail. We also hired an expert witness on my behalf to help better my case anymore. Jason continuously worked hard to get my case to go to trial for months and in the end the D.A. decided to work out a deal, in which my DUI was reduced to Reckless Driving and I was also given probation. — Thomas
