I was arrested by the Rincon Police Department for DUI alcohol .08 grams or more. I chose Jason Cerbone to represent me because I knew he would not give up and let me have a DUI on my record. It took about a year, but, the DUI was reduced to failure to use do care. I kept my license and the DUI isn’t on my record. I highly recommend Jason. Hiring him was the best decision I made.
