So this all started with a good night turned bad. I was pulled over after I left the club for speeding I gave the cop license and registration. He came back a few minutes later asking me if id do a field sobriety test I refused then asked if I would do a breathalyzer which I refused because I have a class a cdl. He then asked me to step out and that he was placing me under arrest. Right there my heart dropped since my license is my career. So when I got bailed out I made some phone calls and was referred to Cerbone DUI Defense within the next few days. I called him we set up a meeting he told me the procedure and what to expect. I told him I cant get a dui on my record because I would loose my job and livelihood. So right away he got me a temporary license and I was able to keep working. He later got the temporary license case dismissed and 8 days after that was my preliminary hearing for like the 3rd time because we were still waiting for video and audio for 4 months. He went up and talked to the prosecutor then came to me and asked to walk out of the court room to talk. We went out and he said how would you like to leave here today with a reckless driving and the other 3 tickets dropped? I said hell yea let's do it!!! So in the end I was able to keep my license and my career which is what I needed!! Thanks again Jason!! I would highly recommend him for anyone in need of a lawyer for a DUI!!
