This is the first time I’ve ever been in trouble and unfortunately, it was a DUI. I was very lucky to be able to hire Mr. Cerbone. He immediately made me feel comfortable about my case and proved how passionate he was in helping me get the results I wanted. We were able to continue my ALS hearing until after my hearing for tickets. He was able to plea bargain on my behalf and got my tickets dropped down to a failure to execute due care with minimal fees and probation. I never lost my license and I do not have a DUI on my record. I am so grateful that he knows what he’s doing since I’m unfamiliar with the law.
