I was in a one vehicle car accident. I was arrested for DUI less safe, speeding, reckless driving and failure to maintain lane. There was no one to witness the accident or activities leading up to the accident. Jason killed the cop’s testimony by cross-examining him at the Preliminary Hearing. Before that hearing the cop would not reduce my charges. After the hearing he changed his mind. And, Jason was able to get my charges reduced down to Reckless driving. From the initial meeting he did what he said he would. I would recommend him to anyone going through a DUI charge.
