Jason got my DUI down to Failure to use due care and won my license hearing. I first contacted Jason on a Sunday and left a voicemail, I expected to hear from him on Monday morning at the earliest, but he called my back that same day and scheduled a meeting time for me on Monday. I was very pleased be how fast he was able to meet with me and returned my first phone call. He also went over my the process for filing for a court hearing for my administrative license suspension (ALS). While waiting for my hearings Jason kept me well informed about the status of my case. He also provided me a packet that had all the information he covered with me. Because Jason filed for a hearing for my ALS I was able to continue to drive until my hearing. Jason won my ALS hearing and I was able to keep my license. I had my DUI hearing during which Jason was able to plead my case down to driver failure to exercise due care, which prevented me from having a DUI charge on my record. I would definitely recommend Jason to anyone requiring assistance with a DUI charge.
